Jason Whitehead is a leading expert in organizational innovation. He has ten years experience in organizational change and information systems implementations in a variety of small and large organizations. The majority of his experience is focused on improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness relating to sales and customer service. Mr. Whitehead's technology experience is focused on leading packaged based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system implementations. Mr. Whitehead's organization development experience is focused on assisting organizations leading organizations through holistic analysis projects and developing strategies for enacting lasting change.
Mr. Whitehead professional experience includes working for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, not-for-profit organizations, and global consultancies. Mr. Whitehead's experience includes both domestic and international projects with major global organizations. Mr. Whitehead's major clients include: Texas Instruments, Bell South, British Petroleum, Nissan, Sabre Holdings, Kimberley Clark, American Re-Insurance, Union Planters Bank, and the National Institute of Health Federal Credit Union (NIHFCU).
Mr. Whitehead holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from George Washington University , a Master of Science in Analysis, Design & Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics and Political Science , and a Master of Science in Organization Development & Strategic Human Resources from Johns Hopkins University .
